Qebap



What Is Qebap?

Qebap (pronounced “cheh-bop”) is a traditional Balkan-style sausage made from seasoned ground beef, hand-shaped into small, tender links, and grilled to perfection. It’s one of the most iconic comfort foods across Albania, Kosovo, and the surrounding regions — simple, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. At Ice & Dough, our qebap is: Homemade daily Crafted from quality ground beef Perfectly seasoned, tender, and juicy Served with authentic sides like Simite bread, yogurt sauce, fresh onions, feta, cucumbers, and daily-cut fried potatoes Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and full of rich, savory flavor — qebap is the perfect pairing to our byrek and a delicious introduction to traditional Albanian cuisine.
